Free Trial Lesson

Our free trial lessons give you the time and opportunity see first hand how we teach specific techniques, forms, training drills, demonstrate self-defence techniques, various exercises and more here at Kung Fu Schools Hastings. You will be welcomed and introduced to training at your level of pace, fitness and understanding. Initially we would invite you to come along to class at Horntye Park so that we can introduce ourselves to you in person and talk to you about what we teach, how we structure the lessons, the class that would be appropriate for you or your child and to get to know a little bit about you and what you would like to achieve from learning Wing Chun Kung Fu with us. 

We also offer an initial online introductory lesson if you cannot make it to Horntye Park in person and must be booked by email. Intro online lessons run outside lesson times following our online safety protocols. Our online ‘live’ lessons are delivered using Zoom and we provide detailed instructions on how to use it and where to download the software. As well as this we offer troubleshooting tips for use on multiple devices and platforms and we provide information about training safely while at home.
